People who aren't dog people won't understand how happy this picture makes us. We don't have any human kids of our own, so naturally, we treat our dogs like our kids. We take them to their favorite park, give them their favorite foods, and even sometimes put on a TV show for them to watch. This family took their rescue dog to Disney in order to meet their favorite cartoon character, and you can quite literally feel how happy this pupper is through the screen. Nothing makes us happier than seeing them happy.

In today's world, our dogs don't get to be “dogs” very often. They have to live by our rules, follow our commands (it's for their safety), and walk politely on a leash 95% of the time. But then, there is that 5% of the time when we can let them run free and truly be a dog. To let them zoomie to their hearts' content, roll around in the grass, dig holes, and just be silly. Those moments, like this one, live rent-free in our heads.
